Arctus’ Executive Director brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, global operations, and organizational change management to build the company’s growth and strategic development. Suzanne is a qualified finance professional and is certified in Prince2 and Prosci change methodologies. Working with PWC Suzanne has led international teams across the UK, US, Poland, China, India and the Philippines, guiding organizations through complex transformation initiatives. Since relocating to Rimouski in 2021, Suzanne has become an active leader within the ocean science community. She previously served as Managing Director of the Marine Environment Observation Prediction And Response Network (MEOPAR), a national ocean science not-for-profit. She combines strong financial and operational governance with a strategic, people-centred leadership approach and is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration at Athabasca University. Beyond her professional role, Suzanne is engaged in the local community. She is Treasurer and a board member of Heritage, a charity supporting the English-speaking community of the Lower St. Lawrence, and a founding volunteer of the Rimouski Ecoquartier. Suzanne provides the organizational leadership that supports Arctus’s operations and strategic direction.
